Red Label Accessories is a fashion consulting firm specializing in the research, development, and marketing of new products with exceptional quality and timeless appeal. We work with iconic brands seeking to expand their product portfolio, and with fashion newcomers looking to make their mark in a demanding industry.

In June of 2012, during the throes of the worst recession the world has ever known, three enterprising friends left the security of their jobs to embark on a bold new business adventure centered around their love of functional fashion. The team assembled by Red Label Accessories is dedicated not only to building longstanding brands, but also being a social-minded organization that makes an impact in the global communities where we live, work, and play. Sustainably sourcing materials when possible, and donating a portion of the proceeds from select brands to charitable causes are just some of the ways that we work to make a difference. In this highly competitive marketplace, it is our sincerest hope that our standout products exceed your every expectation and become a cherished possession for generations to come.

Our Team

Tony Spielberg
Founder

Tony represents the third generation of results driven manufacturing, sales, and distribution in the retail industry.  With connections at the highest levels in retail management, Tony has comprehensive knowledge and 17 years’ experience in planning, brand building, manufacturing, sales, marketing, and social media. Tony has proven success in the US and International market, substantially increasing distribution, profitability, and market presence.  He is frequently the point-person for every facet of the marketing plan, always keeping an eye on the competition and trend climate.  He has Implemented strategies for advertising and packaging, understanding that, after a successful launch, it is critical to continue seeking cross-marketing opportunities with partners, and analyzing market response. Tony developed branding and lead the sales strategy for Reactor Watch Company, Waterford/Wedgwood, Mikasa and Tignanello and Vera Wang. He also lead private label development and sales for Reactor, Coletta Accessories, and Tignanello. tony@redlabelaccessories.com

Sandy Clayton
President

Sandy Clayton is a skilled Business Professional with extensive knowledge of both the wholesale and retail industry. She is an experienced strategist in sales, planning, merchandising, and product development. Sandy served as a Vice President of Sales with Tandy Brands Accessories for the past 16 years working with Better Department Stores, Mid-Tiered Stores, and Specialty Retailers. She has also worked at Coletta as Vice President of Sales. Her retail experience includes a position as Store Manager for Dillard's Department Stores and Buying experience at Dillard's, including traveling oversees on product development. sandy@redlabelaccessories.com

Viengkham Phommaly
Creative Director

A fine artist at heart, Ven Phommaly has developed a passion for all aspects of design. Ven has an extensive background in branding, print, and packaging which was his designated focus during his time at Fleishman-Hillard. At F-H, Ven worked with clients such as AT&T, VISA, Gatorade, and HOK. While agency life was a terrific launching pad, pursuing his passion in other aspects of design became his focus. As Art Director with Propaganda Inc., he broadened his graphic design skill sets for clients such as Dial, Right Guard, Purex, Tone, Zicam and Boston Market. Ven has also worked in product development for brands such as Affliction, Tap-out, English Laundry, Stacy Adams, Gorgio Brutini, and extensive work in private label branding. Ven joined Red Label Accessories in the Summer of 2013 and was recently named Creative Director. ven@redlabelaccessories.com

Barry Bornstein
CFO

Barry has been in the leather manufacturing and importing business for 30 years. Previously, President and COO of a family business with multiple locations throughout the United States and Canada. Designed and marketed outerwear through several corporate wholesale showrooms to independents and chains nationally.
